How lucky we were to be asked to plan, style, bloom up and attend this stunning wedding for this amazing couple! 15 November 2019 turned out to be one of the hottest days here in Perth, but it was such a glorious sunny day and there was plenty love to go around.

We needed our full team of four to pull this day together, and still look and feel relatively alive for the celebrations themselves. We had a blast doing all the set up and styling, all we kept thinking was thank goodness we were at Nedlands Yacht Club where the team are so helpful and friendly - oh and they have a river running alongside them haha. We had a few dips in the river mid set up to cool down and even stood in their cool room amongst all the drinks a few times haha. Sorry again to the lovely team member who stumbled in on us hanging out in there and got the fright of her life when she opened the door to 4 faces smiling at her!!

Extra special care was taken to preserve the flowers for as long as possible in the heat, we waited until all the guests were arriving before we placed the arbour out in the sun and we continually spritzed the blooms under the marquee. We cannot stress enough, the inside of a clear marquee must be around 10 degrees hotter than it is outside, so please arrange for a cover over the top if at all possible.
